Recruitment of Manager Enforcement & RAT and Executive – Enforcement for Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) on an outsource basis:

Recruitment Details:

Position: Manager Enforcement & RAT

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized university.

Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in any subject.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years in human resource management, legal work, intelligence/investigation, or security (for bachelor’s).

6 years of experience for master’s degree holders in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to bus operations, ticket verification, and traffic laws.

Prior work experience in defense would be an added advantage.

Knowledge of IT-based monitoring systems is required.

Position: Executive – Enforcement

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized university.

Experience, Skills, & Abilities:

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in HR management, legal work, security, or passport operations.

Familiarity with ETMS and cash deposit machines.

Experience in compliance with regulations related to bus operations, ticket verification, and traffic laws.

Knowledge of IT-based monitoring systems is required.
