Applications are invited by Directorate of Health Services Kashmir for the below mentioned posts”Purely on Contractual Basis” for short term Project titled “Develop & Strengthen the institutional mechanism to implement tobacco control law and NTCP in the state of J&K and adopt state guidelines to protect Government’s programme on tobacco control aligned with FCTC article 5.3”, funded by International Union against Tuberculoses & Lung Disease (New Delhi).

1 State Project Coordinator 01
Essential: Post Graduate in Public Health or Social Science or Management or related field from a recognized Institute/University, OR MBBS / BDS candidates with at least 3 years experience.
Desirable: At least 3-5 years of work experience in the Health Sector Experience of working in the Government Sector at National / State Level.
Experience in Tobacco control issues and knowledge about International/ National Tobacco Control policies and Health Programs will be given preference. Age Limit Up to 40 Years

2 Divisional Coordinator 02 One for each Division
Essential: Post Graduate in Public Health or Social Science or Management or related field from a recognized Institute/University, OR MBBS/BDS candidates with at least 2 years experience.
Desirable: At least 2 years of work experience in the Health Sector Experience of working in the Government Sector at National / State Level.
Experience in Tobacco control issues and knowledge about International/ National Tobacco Control policies and Health Programs will be given preference. Age Limit Up to 40 Years

3 Project Associate 01
Qualification: Diploma in Secretarial practice from recognised institute or Graduation/Post Graduation degree from recognised university
Desirable: Working knowledge of computers with proficiency in MS Office.
Experience: Minimum two years work experience. Age Limit Up to 40 Years

4 State Financial Consultant 01
Essential: Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com or MBA (Finance/ Material Management) With Knowledge of Computers Desirable: At least 5 year’s experience in State level and at least 3 years experience in District level in accounting including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting system. Experience of working in Health Care Financing/ National Health Accounts Age Limit Up to 40 Years
