who have passed Post Graduation with 55% marks in Chemistry & also posses NET / SET / Ph.D Degree and are interested to teach under graduate Chemistry classes at A.S. College, Srinagar. The substitute engagement is purely on tentative basis under Faculty Improvement Programme (FIP) of UGC for a period of two years or till the actual incumbent rejoins his duties back whichever is earlier as per the terms and conditions laid down under UGC norms.
