Applications in prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates for the following contractual positions under various sponsored research projects shown against each position. The positions are initially for a period of one year, extendable and co-terminus with the projects.

| JRF(1) | Essential: 55% marks in M. Sc. Applied Geology/ Geoinformatics/Remote Sensing/Physics Desirable: NET qualification and experience in Geomorphology/Geochronology | IUAC Research Project on CRN dating (10Be, 26Al) of the Glacio- fluvial deposits |
| JRF(1) | Essential: 55% marks in M. Sc. Applied Geology/Geoinformatics/
Desirable: NET qualification & experience in Remote Sensing, Glaciology, hydrology |
MoES Research project on Climate Change impacts on hydrology of Jhelum basin |
