For appointment of Contractual Lecturers for the Academic Session -2016

Applications on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the University website at www.kashmiruniversity.net are invited for engagement of Contractual Lecturers in the

, for the following specializations:

1. Electronics & Communication Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Mechanical Engineering
4. Computer Science Engineering
5. Physics
6. Chemistry
7. Mathematics
8. English

Essential/desirable qualifications for following specializations shall be as under:-

Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering: M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E.

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English: M.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.A. English.

NOTE:-

Preference will be given to the candidates having passed NET/ SET, or having M.Phil, M.Tech. or Ph.D degree.

a.Candidates in their own interest are advised to be in touch with the office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering, about the date, venue and time of the interview:

b.The salary of the appointees shall be determined on the basis of his/her qualification/s (on the date of application) as under:-

Qualification:-        Salary

Ph.D/NET/SET                Rs. 25,000/-per month

M.Tech                               Rs. 22,000/-per month

Masters Degree/B.Tech  Rs. 20,000/- per month
