Srinagar Development Authority invites applications as per format enclosed, for hiring of subject experts in the below mentioned fields having qualification & experience as mentioned against each for preparation of Zonal Plans of Srinagar City as per the requirement.

Name of the post

 Heritage and Cultural specialist

1. Masters in Conservation Architecture with more than 20 years of relevant experience.
2. Associated with ASL, UNESCO. Should have worked on various heritage/tourism assignments including HIRDAY city proposals.

Environmental and Ecology specialist

Masters in Environmental Planning/ Environmental Sciences/ Landscape Architecture with more than 20 years of relevant experience in Ecological planning and Landscape should be empanelled to developmental authorities in India.

Economic/Finan-cial Specialist

Masters in Public Administration/Business Management/ Economics/ Finance with more than 20 years of relevant experience in infrastructure Dev., Planning, Investment & implementation.

Urban Socialist

PhD/ Masters in Urban Sociology with more than 20 years of relevant experience with community related field work.

Craft Specialist

Masters in Development Studies with 20 years of work experience with livelihood enhancement in Crafts sector especially for women and the Marginalized, Lead and established Institutions in Craft Development. Experience in craft more specifically in post disaster recovery programs (earthquake, tsunami)

Transport specialist

Masters in Transport Planning/relevant experience in Urban transport planning with 15 years of work experience, including practical experience in transport project implementation including multi modal transport planning, integration of non motorized transport. Having undertaken projects of linking urban planning and transport design greenway projects, planning for mass transport system in metro cites such as BRTS.

Management Specialist

Masters degree in Urban planning with more than 20 years of experience in relevant field. Especially having Experience in post disaster recovery planning, risk reduction and capacity building more specifically related earthquake and floods.

Urban Designer

Specialist Masters in Urban Design with more than 20 years of experience in relevant field. Should have Professional experience in preparation of Master Plans/Urban Design projects.

 IT Expert

B.Tech in Computer Sciences /IT with more than 5 years experience in the relevant field.

Housing Expert

Masters in Housing with more than 5 years relevant experience.

Urban Government/Public Policy Expert

Masters in Urban statistics with more than 5 years of relevant experience.

Statistical Expert

Masters in Statistics with more than 5 years of relevant experience.

How to apply 

Interested experts having required qualification and experience in the subject matter shall submit their application as per devised format along with all self attested testimonials viz PRC, Date of Birth, Qualification, and Experience Certificate either in person in the office of Vice Chairman, Srinagar Dev. Authority, Bemina By-Pass Srinagar or through e-mail to [email protected] within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice i.e. up to 19th of May 2017 at 4.00 PM.

Last Date 19th of May 2017

Interview 

The eligible experts shall be called for interview by the constituted committee, on the date and venue to be specified separately preferably at Srinagar, however appearing in the interview does not confer any right for their selection.

Note

No TA/ DA shall be given to the eligible candidates for appearing in the interview.
