ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Sub:     Appointment of Village coordinators, Tehsil coordinator, District coordinator and data entry operators on contractual basis.

In pursuance to Govt, order No. 13. SWD of 2015 applications for appointment of above mentioned post in Social Welfare Department District Kulgam are invited from the permanent residents of J&K State (District Kulgam) under the project Poorna Shakti Kendra, with the following eligibility conditions.

1. The applicants must be a permanent resident of Kulgam District of J&K State.
2. The minimum age of candidates as on 01-01-2016 should be 18 years and upper age 35 and 45 years for data entry operator and other posts respectively.

• Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.

1. The applicants must attach attested copies of the following certificates / testimonials (No under process certificate will be accepted}.
2. Permanent Resident Certificate.
3. Qualification Certificate.

• Date of birth Certificate.

1. Academe qualification certificate along with marks certificates.
2. Experience certificate/proof.
3. Self-addressed envelope affixed with postal stamp worth Rs.5/-
4. Application found incomplete in any respect shall be rejected.
5. Applications received after the cut-off date shall not be entertained.

• Candidate found guilty of impersonation or submitting false, fabricated and tempered documents suppressing material information shall lead to the rejection of his/her candidature at any stage. Besides, render him/her liable for criminal prosecution.
• The candidate shall have to appear before the selection committee for interview at the venue to be intimated later on at their own expenses. The date of interview shall be notified separately. No call letter shall be sent individually.

1. The candidates at the time of interview shall be in possession of all the certificates / documents in original.
2. The application forms duly filed and completed h al respects should be deposited h the office of the District Social Welfare Office, Kulgam by or before 21/02/2016.
