We are looking for an intelligent, responsible, and educated divorced or widowed woman to be the primary caregiver for a group of orphans. The role of the women would be that of a mother.

Child Nurture and Relief Kashmir (CHINAR Kashmir) is an organization working for the welfare and psychosocial rehabilitation of orphaned children. We have set up a Home for a group of orphaned boys and girls in Khanpora Budgam.

Applicant should be willing to make a long term commitment to CHINAR Kashmir. She will have to live in CHINAR HOME on full time basis, round the clock, with the kids.

Essential qualification:

1. Minimum requirement 10+2

2. Should have knowledge of spoken English and Urdu. Ladies with higher qualification shall have preference and previous work experience is a plus.

The first year of employment will be probationary and the salary will be negotiable for the right candidate. Boarding and lodging facilities and primary medical expenses will be provided by CHINAR.
