Training/recruitment drive by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Kashmir University

The Centre for Career Planning & Counselling, University of Kashmir is organising a Training/recruitment drive by Tata Consultancy Services-BPS (TCS) for 2016-17 Batches for skill-based openings (Non Voice Process).
The drive will be conducted through Telephonic Interviews.

Eligibility:

Graduates from 2014 batch onwards to till-date with less than 3 months experience; B.Com/ B.B.A/ B.B.M/ BA/ BMS / B. Pharm / BSc Maths /Physics /Chemistry.

Training Location –

Short-listed students to go through training program at Kolkata for about 14 weeks with the stipend of 200 per day. Free Accommodation & Food will be provided by TCS during training period. They will be required to travel to Kolkata. Air travel from J&K to Kolkata and return by Air after conclusion of training will be provided (Force majeure clause will apply).

Job Nature: Transaction Processing, Back End Support Services for specific domains/units.

Domain: Banking, Market Research, Retail, Telecom, Insurance, Capital Markets, Trade etc.,

Training Location– Kolkata for about 14 weeks with the stipend of 200 per day.

Selection Process– On completion of successful 14 weeks of training, all trainees will be evaluated for employment as per TCS laid down policy and those who are selected will be given following benefits;

Designation: Tra i nee Salary Details:

1) Candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs. 15100/- every month for 1 year.

2) If working in shifts they will be paid Rs. 200/- per day * (22 days in a month).* laid down policy will apply.
