JOB TITLE TICKETING EXECUTIVES

JOB DESCRIPTION
Picking up fixed departure and series fare from the airline.
Good Communication skills. To Issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS/ Amadeus or Galileo or airline portals
Candidate must have the ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing queries received from B2B agents.
Candidate must have a sincere and honest work approach.
Candidate must have a positive approach towards the clients and have a tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookings.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Any Graduate
Basic knowledge of computers and internet (email social media etc.)

Experience: Minimum one or two years of experience required in a Travel Agency.
