Push and pull marketing techniques are applied, targeting consumers both directly and indirectly from gross root level.
02.	CONTROL AND Advertisement INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER	Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering having min 03 years experience. Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
03.	MECHANICAL ENGINEER	Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Autocad minimum 5 to 10 years experience In operation and maintenance.
04.	MANAGER ACCOUNTS	M.Com / B. Com with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting with Tally ERP.
