Qualification: Bachelor in Business Administration from a recognized university with 2 years of teaching/work experience or Graduate with a Diploma in Retail Management / P.G. Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks & 2 years of teaching/Work Experience Preference shall be given to higher education with MBA(Retail Marketing)

Location: Rajouri, Ramban, Reasi, Udhampur, Kupwara, Baramulla, Shopian, Budgam, Srinagar, Jammu Kathua, Samba

Minimum Competency: Effective communication skills (Oral & Written) Basic computing skills technical competency soft skills Facilitation skills The candidates should be a domicile of J&K U.T.

Age Limit: 18-37 years (As on Jan 01 2023) Age relaxation to be provided as per Govt rules The suggested qualification is the minimum criteria However higher qualifications will also be acceptable
