District Magistrate Jammu issues fresh order on night restriction.

Jammu and Kashmir : District Magistrate, Jammu, vide powers conferred upon under section 144 of CrPC read with relevant provisions under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and the Disaster Management Act, 2005, restrict the movement of individuals for all non-essential activities between 10 pm to 5 am in the territorial limits of District Jammu w.e.f 30th October, 2020 upto 30th November, 2020.

Any violation of this order shall invite punitive action under section 188 of Indian Penal Code and other relevant sections of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
