Govt announces winter vacations in colleges December 27.

Higher Education Department has ordered winter vacations from December 27 in Government Degree Colleges of Kashmir Division as well as Winter Zone of Jammu Division and from January 1, 2024 in the colleges falling under Summer Zone.

According to an order in this regard, issued today, all Government Degree Colleges of Kashmir Division as well those falling under Winter Zone of Jammu Division, shall observe winter vacations for 50 days from December 27, 2023 to February 14, 2024. However, the colleges\ falling in Summer Zone of Jammu Division shall observe winter vacations for 10 days from January 1, 2024 to January 10, 2024
