Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu pays homage to iconic man Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

A fighter, a statesman, a leader, an inspiration & an era in himself Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee who left to heavenly abode on 16-08-2018. To pay last respects to this iconic and winsome personality, we in the school precincts paid homage to phenomenal Atal ji.

It began with a prayer to reminiscence him wherever he is now, to pray for the peace of his soul. Following this, one of the faculty members Ms. Pooja recited a poetry in his honour which made everyone emotional.

The mourning was attended by Principal, Coordinators and all the teaching/non-teaching staff as well. It ended with two minutes silence in his memory. Principal said that it is an irreparable loss to the nation, no other leader in political history could raise upto the stature to be honoured and accepted by all political parties.
