1 In Union Territory of Jainmu A: Kashmir till date 37713 no of travellers and persons in contact with suspected positive cases have been put under surveillance. 9209 in Home Quarantine (including facilities operated by Govt. 118 in Hospital Isolation. 567 in Hospital Quarantine. 20735 in Home surveillance. 7084 completed their 28 slays surveillance period 1900 samples have been sent for testing. 1763 negative. 125 tested positive (118 Active Positive. 04 recovered. 03 Deaths), and 12 reports arc awaited (07 April. 2020:6 00 PM)

2. People are requested to stay indoors, strictly implement social distancing measures, disclose recent travel history to COVID-19 affected countries and report any contact with positive cases voluntarily.

3. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when so many of us arc very restricted in our movements, it is even more important for people of all ages and abilities to be as active as possible. Even a short breakfront sitting, by doing 3-5 minutes of physical movement, such as walking indoor or stretching, will help ease muscle strain, relieve mental tension and improve blood circulation and muscle activity
