1 In Union Territory of Jammu A Kashmir till date 40336 no of travellers anil persons in contact with suspected positive cases base been put under surveillance. 8404 in Home Quarantine (including facilities operated by Govt ), 130 in Hospital Isolation. 518 in Hospital Quarantine. 23364 in Home surveillance. 7830 completed their 28 days surveillance period 2269 samples have been sent for testing. 2116 negative. 139 tested positive (130 Active Positive, 06 recovered, 03 Deaths), and 14 reports are awaited 14 new positive ruses have been reported in UT since our last update yesterday 03 base been reported from Jammu Division All from Kashmir Division Further 02 more COVID-19 positive patients have recovered and have been discharged from SKIMS Soura today (08 April. 2020; 5:00 PM)

2. People are requested to slay indoors, stnctly implement social distancing measures, disclose recent travel history to COVID-19 affected countries and report any contact with positive cases voluntarily
