1 In Union Territory of Jammu A Kashmir till date 35243 no of traveller* and persons in contact with suspected / positive cases hive been put under surveillance. 10556 in Home Quarantine (including facilities operated by Govt). 103 in Hospital Isolation. 615 in Hospital Quarantine. 17506 in Home surveillance. 6463 completed then 28 days surveillance period 1708 samples have been sent for testing. 1583 negative, 109 tested positive ( 103 Active Positive. 04 recovered. 02 Deaths).16 reports arc awaited 03 new positive eases have been reported in UT since our last update yesterday and all are from Kashmir Division (06 April. 2020. 3 00 PM)

2 People are requested to stay indoors, strictly implement social distancing measures, disclose recent travel history to COVID-19 affected countries and report any contact with positive cases voluntarily.
