Price Forecast of Apple for the year 2016

Note 1:

The forecasted prices were arrived at by the analysis of previous ten years daily data employing VAR, VECM and Co-integration Analysis Models using SAS packages under ICAR sponsored Network Project on Market Intelligence.

Note 2:

This forecast is for the benefit of fruit growers of Kashmir Valley so that they can choose (I) Mandi of their choice (II) Diversification time schedule during the fruit season for better returns of their produce.

The forecasted prices are subject to normal Apple season as per the quality parameters required for the purpose
