Supreme Court transfers the Kathua case to Pathankot Court. No to CBI probe

Supreme Court orders transfer of Kathua rape trial from Kathua to Pathankot Court, on the plea of the victim family. No to CBI probe. Supreme Court orders speedy trial without any further adjournments also asked J&K govt to provide security to the victim’s family, their lawyer and witnesses.
