ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE SESSION 2015-16

Applications from the permanent residents of Kashmir Valley including Leh and Kaigil Districts are invited on prescribed form for admission to the following courses at Govt. AMT School, Srinagar against payment of Rs.100/- in the shape of Bank Draft (J&K Bank) only) pledged to the Principal, AMT School, Srinagar. The details of courses/duration for admission is given as under.

The academic qualification for the below mentioned courses is 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry Biology). Having at least 45% marks for candidates of open merit and 40% marks for reserved category.

The candidates applying for General Nursing should be female and unmarried only.

The candidates applying for these trainings should not be less than 17 years and not more than 35 years of age as on 01.01.2015.

ATTESTED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED TO BE ENCLOSED ALONGWITH THE APPLICATION FORM.

1. Date of Birth certificate
2. Marks certificate of 10+2
3. Reserved category certificate (if any)
4. State subject certificate
5. Unmarried certificate from the concerned Tehsildar in respect of the candidates applying for General Nursing.
6. One passport size photograph (self attested) affixed on the form.

The application forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working days from 12^th October 2015 to 26^th October 2015 during office hours. The filled forms should be submitted on or before 28^th October 2015.

Incomplete forms will not be accepted in any case.
