Candidates provisionally recommended for Admission to Medical Courses-2015 (BUMS, BAMS & BPT, 3rd Allotment from Waiting List)

Notification No. 98-BOPEE of 2015 Dated: 05-10-2015 The following candidates are provisionally recommended for admission/upgradation, on the basis of their merit and preferences submitted by them in the Prescribed Format for inclusion in Waiting List in pursuance to the Notice No:BOPEE/Exam-06/2015 dated 26-08-2015 and Notice No:BOPEE/Exam-06/2015 dated 03-09-2015, to the disciplines and in the institutions shown against each rank in Annexure-I.

The candidates are directed to report for admission to the allotted Institutions by or before 12,h of October, 2015 (4:00 P.M.) along with relevant certificates in Original and Electronic Admit Card downloaded by the candidates from the official websites of the Board.

The concerned Heads of the Institutions are requested to check the eligibility of the candidates and verify Permanent Resident Certificate, Marks Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate and Category Certificate, if any, in original along with Electronic Admit Card to verify the identity and genuineness of the certificates. Where a certificate has been declared invalid by the competent authority, the concerned Head of the Institution is obligated to immediately report the matter to the BOPE E office for cancellation of admission of such candidate. The Heads of the Institutions shall send the list of candidates admitted in different disciplines and short fall, if any, along with Roll Nos. and names of candidates who have not taken admission on 12,h of October, 2015 by 5:00 P.M.. positively to BOPEE office, Srinagar / Jammu by fax., email and by hand also.

Note: The Private Colleges (Jammu Institute of Ayurveda & Research, Jammu College of Physiotherapy, Institute of Asian Medical College and KashmirTibbia College) have not yet submitted complete necessary approval of their regulating bodies. The students in these private institutions have been allotted disciplines at the risk and responsibility of the concerned institutions.
