It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned recognized Govt./Private High/Higher Secondary Schools falling in SUMMER ZONE areas of Jammu Province that the Academic Calendar for Secondary School Examination (10th Class) Regular, Summer Zone, Academic Session 2019-2020 shall be observed as under:

| NOTE: | The attendance of all the candidates admitted under S. No. 1 above; shall be calculated from the date of teaching work of the class started and all concerned Head of the Institutions will ensure the completion of the syllabi and course of study within stipulated period from the date of classification. | |||||
| 02. | Dates for Inter School Migration, along with requisite documents to be submitted in the concerned Board office are: | |||||
| with a prescribed fee of Rs. 315/- per candidate up to | 16-05-2019 | |||||
| NOTE: | No candidate shall be admitted without seeking Inter School Migration beyond 16-05-2019 not even provisionally under any circumstances. | |||||
| 03. | Dates for Eligibility of candidates belonging to other Boards (except J&K Board) along with requisite documents to be submitted in the concerned Board office are: | |||||
| i) with a prescribed fee of Rs. 495/- per candidate up to | 16-05-2019 | |||||
| NOTE: | The Head/s of the Institution/s shall be personally responsible for the consequences for granting unauthorized admission to the students and the Board shall incur no liability/responsibility on this account | |||||
| 04. | Dates for submission of Enrolment of Regular candidates completed in all respects along with Examination fee and attested photocopy of Registration Cards, with valid affiliation proof in the concerned Board office are: | |||||

| i) with a prescribed fee of Rs. 800/- + Rs. 20/- cost of Computerized Adm. Form: Total Rs. 820/- per candidate up to | 07-09-2019 | 09-09-2019 | ||||
| ii) with a late fee of Rs. 610/- per candidate, i.e. Total: Rs. 820/- + Rs. 610/-= Rs. 1430/- up to | 17-09-2019 | 19-09-2019 | ||||
| iii) with a late fee of Rs. 1550/- per candidate, i.e. Total: Rs. 820/- + Rs; 1550/- = Rs 2370/- up to | 28-09-2019 | 30-09-2019 | ||||
| 05. | Tentative Date of Examination | 3rd week of February, 2020 | ||||
| 06. | Dates for conduct of External practical examinations | 15 days prior to the commencement of theory examination | ||||
| 07. | Dates for submission of External assessment Practical Awards in the respective Sub/Branch Offices of the BOSE | Within one week after termination of practical examination | ||||
| 08. | Tentative date of declaration of result | 3rd week of April, 2020 | ||||
INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR DEPOSITION OF ENROLMENTS/FEE
1. The Fee, as prescribed above shall be deposited by the Heads of the Affiliated institutions of eligible candidates in the shape of Bank slip to be obtained from the concerned BOSE Office, and deposited in the designated Branches of the Jammu & Kashmir Bank.
2. The Heads of the Affiliated institutions are instructed to submit the Enrolment statement along with forwarding letter in the respective Sub/Branch Offices through their authorized representative. The letter must indicate the (subject wise) no. of candidates enrolled and description of the Fee deposited in the Bank.
NOTE: In case the last date falls on Holiday, the next working day shall be considered as last date.
