JKSBOTE Admission under Lateral Entry system in 3rd semester in Govt./Private Polytechnics of J&K.

JKSBOTE ADMISSION NOTICE

1. On line applications are invited from the permanent residents of J&K state who are eligible and desirous for admission in 3 semester diploma Polytechnic (Under Lateral Entry System) for academic session 2019. Online application forms: The application forms have to be submitted online only through the lateral entry portal at http://lateral.jksbotelive.com/

1. The applicants can also contact the Help Desk of U section of JKSBOTE during office hours on 0194-2485697 or email at helpdesk on [email protected] for any assistance/guidance in this regard on any working days within the prescribed last date.

2. The applicants are advised to fill the online application forms on their own or through a responsible person.

3. Printout of application form along with the self-attested copies of the following certificates/documents must reach to the office of the Secretary J&K State Board of Technical Education, Block C Old Secretariat Srinagar by or before 3rd of July 2019

Certificates to be attached:

1. Certificate of Permanent Residence.

2. Marks sheet of Secondary Examination(Matriculation)

3. Provisional cum Marks certificate of 2 years ITI/ Draftsman (if admission sought on the basis of 10th + 2 year ITI)

4. Marks Certificate of 10th and 12th standards (if admission Is sought on the basis of 10+2 )

5. Fee Receipt.

Eligibility criteria for admission in 3rd semester diploma Polytechnic under Lateral Entry System:

Passed 12 standard examination with physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/Biology (Botany Zoology) or 12th science (with Mathematics as one of the subject) or 12th science with vocational or 12th science with Technical or 10th + (2 year ITI) with appropriate Trade shall be eligible for admission to second year diploma course(s) of appropriate programme.

Important instructions are:-

1. Receipt of online application form w.e.f. 04/06/2019.

2. Last date for filling of online application form 25/06/2019.

3. Fee of Rs.500/= (Rupees five hundred only) to be paid online through credit/ debit card/net banking

Note:-

Admission will be made strictly on the basis of Academic merit of 10th and 12th standard/Technical

The date for written test, if required/counselling for admission will be issued separately.
