Appointment of Junior Assistants in J&K Public Works (R&B) Department.

Appointment against the post of Junior Assistants under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmir Migrants, Public Works (R&B) Department, Division Cadre Kashmir, Adv/item No. 005 (04 of 2017). Ref:- i) Additional Secretary to Govt. Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstructions Civil Secretariat’s OM No. DMRRR /MR/SEL/77/2020 Dated:-

17.06.2020.

ii) Administrative Department’s letter No. PW (R&B) NG/21/2020 Dated:- 21.07.2020.

Whereas, among others Deepika Bhan D/o Daleep Bhan R/o Drussu Pulwama has been selected by the J&K Service Selection Board against the post of Junior Assistants under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmir Migrants, Public Works (R&B) Department, Division Cadre Kashmir, Adv/item No. 005 (04 of 2017).

Whereas, the Administrative Department communicated authorization for issuance of formal appointment order in favour of selected candidates vide letter No. PW(R&B) NG/21/2020 Dated:- 21.07.2020;

Whereas, this office has accordingly circulated notice for submission of requisite documents/certificates by the concerned selected candidates vide No. CE/RBK/ADM/7505-10 Dated:- 30.07.2020 & No. CE/RBK/ADM/9100-04 Dated:-18.08.2020;

Whereas, Deepika Bhan D/o Daleep Bhan R/o- Drussu Pulwama has submitted the requisite documents/certificates in this office on 29.08.2020;

Whereas, the department has accordingly issued the appointment order in favour of candidates selected for the post of Junior Assistant under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmir Migrants, Public Works (R&B) Department, Division Cadre Kashmir vide order No. CE PWD(R&B) K-57 (ADM) of 2020 Dated:-11.09.2020 including Deepika Bhan D/o Daleep Bhan R/o- Drussu Pulwama with the directions to report to Superintending Engineer PW (R&B) Circle Pulwama- Shopian within a period of 30 days from the date of issuance of order; Whereas, the Superintending Engineer PW(R&B) Circle Pulwama-Shopian vide letter No. SE/PS/3113 Dated:-13.10.2020 reported that the said Deepika Bhan has not joined till date; Whereas, the said Deepika Bhan has failed to join her duties from the date of her appointment order issued on 11.09.2020 to 13.10.2020;

Whereas, the said Deepika Bhan D/o Daleep Bhan R/o- Drussu Pulwama has been provided one more opportunity through the medium of this notice to join her duties within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice;

Whereas, in case Deepika Bhan D/o- Daleep Bhan R/o- Drussu Pulwama has again failed to join her duties within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice, it shall be presumed that she is not willing to serve in the department accordingly her case shall be referred to the Administrative Department for cancellation her appointment order issued by this office vide No. CE PWD(R&B) K-57 (ADM) of 2020 Dated:-11.09.2020.
