After thorough scrutinization of the documents/ applications, the applications of the candidates listed in Annexure-I and Annexure-II are deficient / incomplete / rejected. The candidates having any objection can represent in the office of the Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Jammu alongwith the genuine reasons/ documentary proof for clearance of deficiency within 15 days of the publication of this notice.

After the expiry of this date, no claim shall be entertained whatsoever and their candidature shall stand rejected and final short listing shall be issued for conduct of interviews.
