Posts Name: Staff Nurse, Laboratory Technician, Allophatic Pharmacist , ISM Pharmacist.

Screening/Written test held on 16/02/2020

Interview Scheduled:  8/06/2020, 10:00 AM onwards.

Venue: Office of the Chairman, District Health Society/ District Development Commissioner, Srinagar.

This is for information of all the concerned who had applied for the posts of Staff Nurse, Laboratory Technician, Allophatic Pharmacist & ISM Pharmacist & appeared in Screening/Written test held on 16/02/2020 under the ambit of National Health Mission in response to this office notification issued vide Nos: CMO/NHM/SGR/19-20/2121 & CMO/NHM/SGR/19-20/2122 dated 20/12/2019, are hereby called for interview which is now scheduled on 8/06/2020, 10:00 AM onwards, in office of the Chairman, District Health Society/ Dist ict Development Commissioner, Srinagar.

Terms & Conditions

Candidates/applicants in categories Viz Allophatic Pharmacist (RBSK), Lab-Technician (NUHM) & Allophatic Pharmacist under NUHM has been shortlisted on 1:5 basis, as the applicant/post ratio is higher. There shall be Common/Single interview for all posts, advertised as per notifications referenced above for all candidates who have been applied for more than one posts.

The Candidates are advised to keep their original documents along failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the interview. The candidates shall forfeit his/her claim to the post if at any stage during the selection process it is found that he/she has misrepresented information or produced invalid documents.

No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview.

If the scheduled interview is not completed on specified date, it will continue on following day(s), but the candidate (s) marked absent on first/scheduled day, shall not be allowed on next day(s).

The candidates are requested to report at venue one hour prior to the Interview.
