The selected candidates shall report this office within a period of 07 days failing which their selection shall be terminated ab-initio without any further notice.

The selected candidates shall produce the following documents, in original in this office within 07 days positively:

- Date of Birth
- State Subject Certificate/Domicile Certificate.
- Marks Certificate of class 12^,h
- Diploma/Degree Marks Certificate
- Degree/Diploma Certificate
- Registration Certificate from J&K State Paramedical Council.
- An affidavit duly signed by 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that:

I have understood the terms of SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 and shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said SRO.
I will adhere to the roster of duties to be issued by the administration.
I will not participate in any kind of strike/protest against the administration during my tenure in the college/hospital.
My engagement will get terminated automatically and I shall have no claim on the post as soon as the post is filled by the competent authority on permanent basis.
If the documents filed by me are found wrong/incorrect of any point at time, my engagement shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and legal proceedings shall be initiated against me.
