Interview Date: 03-10-2020

Venue: Camp office, Associated (MMABM) Hospital Government Medical College, Anantnag.

It is hereby notified for the information of all those candidates who have applied online for the posts of Microbiologist/Research Scientist vide Advertisement No 33 GMCA of 2020 Dated 22.08.2020 in Govt. Medical College, Anantnag, that the interview for the following eligible short listed candidates for the said posts is scheduled to be on 03-10-2020 at Camp office, Associated (MMABM) Hospital Government Medical College, Anantnag

List of Eligible candidates for the posts of Microbiologist/Research Scientist:

The Candidates have been called for interview on the basis of 1:5 ratio, however the candidates shortlist are less than the ratio due to non eligibility of candidates.

NOTE:

1. The list of candidates called for interview is provisional and has been devised on the basis of information provided by the candidates in online application forms.
2. The candidates called for the interview shall furnish an affidavit attested by 1t’class magistrate at the time of interview that the information furnished by him in the online application form is true and if found wrong at any point of time his candidature for the post shall summarily be rejected.
3. Mere figuring of the name of a candidate in the list does not entitle him to appear in the interview unless he possesses the requisite qualification / documents for the post.
4. In case any candidate claims to have eligibility for the post and is not included in the list of eligible candidates called for interview, he/she shall visit the office of Principal Govt. Medical College, Anantnag before the date of interview with valid proof along with a downloaded copy of the application form for the settlement of his/her claim.

The candidates shall bring following certificates in original with them at the time of interview:

• Date of Birth
• State Subject/Domicile Certificate
• Degree marks Certificate (All semesters or aggregate)
• Identity proof
• Two passport size photographs
• Essential qualification certificates
• Registration Certificate
• One Xerox set of above certificates shall also be furnished at the time of interview.
