GMC Kathua Helper final list of selectees and waiting list.

Jammu and Kashmir Govt Medical College announced the final list of selectees and waiting list. for the post of helper.

Whereas vide advertisement No. GMCK/Estt/2021-22/390-97 dated 12/05/2021 and GMCK/Estt/2021-22/408-15 dated 14/05/2021, the advertisement notice for post of Helpers under ECRP in Govt. Medical College, Kathua was advertised.

Whereas vide order No. GMCK/Admn/2021-22/1156-64 dated 24/05/2021, the committee was set up for finalization/formulation of the merit and shortlist the names of the candidates for engagement under ECRP
for above mentioned posts.

Whereas the committee recommended the final list of selectees and waiting list to the office of the undersigned. Therefore on the basis of recommendation of the committee, the list of candidates selected for post
of Helpers (alongwith waiting list) is attached as Annexure ‘A’. However, following points must be taken into consideration:-

1. The provisional selection list in the form of Annexure ‘A’ is also uploaded on site http://gmckathua.in

2. The Selected candidates shall join the office within a period of seven (07) working days from the date of publication of the list, failing which the candidates next in merit shall be allowed to join.

The selection of the candidates shall be subject to the following conditions:

i) The selectee shall report in the office of Principal Govt. Medical College Kathua within period of seven (07) working days along with all the original certificates, two photocopies of all educational qualifications,
Degree & Diploma duly authenticated by concerned authority and other concerned certificates as required by DDO for releasing of salary.

ii) The salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed by the concerned DDO to them unless the satisfactory report in respect of above mentioned documents is received in their favour.

iii) The selection of the candidates shall further be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending on the subject in any court of competent jurisdiction.

iv) Objection, if any, may be conveyed to the office of the undersigned within 07 days from issuance of this order.

v) An affidavit duly signed by 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that:-

i. I have understood the terms of contract and shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said post advertised.

ii. I will adhere to the roster of duties to be issued by the administration.

iii. I will not participate in any kind of strike/protest against the administration during my tenure in the college/hospital.

iv. My appointment will get terminated automatically if it is not extended beyond 89 days. However, the appointment can be terminated at any time even before the end of the contract period due to any reason.

v. If the documents filed by me are found wrong/incorrect at any point of time, my appointment shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and legal proceeding shall be initiated against me.
