GMC Kathua Interview Schedule for Selected candidates list given below, instructions and interview schedule.

Whereas vide Advertisement Notice No: 140 of GMCK of 2021 dated 13/10/2021 under Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) under (National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre) (NDDTC), the advertisement for the posts of “Nurse”, “Data Manager”, and “Counselor” was notified for GMC Kathua and applications were invited from the interested and eligible candidates.

Whereas vide notification No. GMCK/Estt/2020-21/5273-84 Dated. 12-11-2021, the candidates who were eligible for the said posts were invited for written examination.

Whereas, the merit calculation committee and shortlisting members forwarded the merit list of the candidates who appeared in the written examination for above mentioned posts.

Whereas for the interview, the candidates in the ratio of 1:5 shall be called upon.

Therefore, the final list of candidates who shall be called for interview are mentioned as Annexure ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’.

The interview shall be conducted on 14-12-2021 at 11.00 am onwards for above mentioned three posts in the New GMC Building, Kathua.

In case of any objection, the candidates can approach the office of the undersigned by or before 11-12-2021, after which no objection shall be entertained.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Candidates should report at least 30 minutes before the time of interview.
• Candidates shall bring their Original Documents, one set xerox copy of all documents, Identity Card (i.e Student ID card/Addhar Card/Pan Card/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card or any other ID Card issued by competent authority)
• WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY
• Candidate should maintain safe social distance with one another.
• Candidates have to bring in a signed declaration showing the risk factor (declaration is provided along with this Notice) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the venue.
• In case any of the responses in declaration suggest COVID 19 infection/symptoms, the candidate will not be permitted inside the exam venue.
• Your admission to the interview is strictly provisional. Before coming for the interview, please ensure that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Advertisement. If you are not eligible, your candidature will be cancelled at this stage.
