GMC Kathua Provisional selection list for engagement of Staff Nurse.

GMC Provisional selection list for engagement of Staff Nurse notified vide notification No. GMCK/Estt/2020-21/860-868 dated 14.08.2020 in Govt. Medical College Kathua.

As recommended by the selection committee constituted for the purpose, provisional selection list of the candidates for the post of “Staff Nurse” on contract basis for COVID-19 purpose in Govt. Medical College Kathua is hereby uploaded on the site http://gmckathua.in/ and also enclosed hereby as Annexure ‘A’.

The Selected candidates shall join the office within a period of seven (07) working days from the date of publication of the list, failing which the candidates next in merit shall be allowed to join.

The appointment of this candidate shall be subject to the following conditions:

i) The appointee shall report in the office of Principal Govt. Medical College Kathua within period of seven (07) working days along with all the original certificates, two photocopies of all educational qualifications, Degree & Diploma duly authenticated by concerned authority and duly registered with J&K State Paramedical and Nursing Council and other concerned certificates as required by DDO for releasing of salary.

ii) The salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed by the concerned DDO to them unless the satisfactory report in respect of above mentioned documents is received in their favour.

iii) The appointment of the selected candidate shall further be subject to outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending on the subject in any court of competent jurisdiction.

iv) In case of any objection, if any, may be conveyed to the undersigned within 07 days from issuance of this order.

v) An affidavit duly signed by 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that:-

i. I have understood the terms of contract and shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said post advertised.

ii. I will adhere to the roster of duties to be issued by the administration for COVID-19 Purpose.

iii. I will not participate in any kind of strike/protest against the administration during my tenure in the college/hospital.

iv. My appointment will get terminated automatically if it is not extended beyond three (3) months upto maximum of one (1) year and I shall have no claim on the post after the maximum tenure of one (1) year expires.

v. If the documents filled by me are found wrong/incorrect at any point of time, my appointment shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and legal proceeding shall be initiated against me.
