GMC Srinagar Provisional Selection list of the candidates for Engagement as Junior Grade Nurse on contract Basis  under NHM.

GMC Srinagar Jr. Grade nurse Provisional Selection list details:

Whereas, vide this office Notification No.NGS/MC/20/2725-28 Dated:08.12.2020, online applications/ options were invited from those candidates who appeared in the written test held on 16.08.2020 for the post ofJr. Grade Nurse and are willing to work in this institution as Jr. Grade Nurses under National Health Mission (Scheme A&B) as per the terms and conditions mentioned therein;

Whereas, in response to the said notification, 718 applications/options were received upto the cut off date i.e. 17.12.2020;

Whereas, on the basis of marks obtained by the applicants in the written held on 16.08.2020, Fifty Four (54) candidates were shortlisted and called for document verification on 26.12.2020;

Whereas, majority of the shortlisted candidates attended this office on the scheduled date alongwith all required documents in original & some candidates did not turn up on the schedule date; Whereas, those candidates who did not report for document verification on the scheduled date were contacted on their phone numbers and all of them conveyed their unwillingness to take up this engagement Now therefore, on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the written test held on 16.08.20 & physical scrutiny of their documents, the provisional selection list of the candidates for engagement as Junior Grade Nurses on contract basis under National Health Mission (Scheme A& B) on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the above quoted notification is hereby notified in annexure (A) to this notification.

While framing the provisional selection list the following methodology/ modus operandi has been adopted:

• The candidates already working under Scheme-A of NHM have not been considered for  selection this time and the positions allocable to such candidates have been given to the candidates next in merit.
• Some candidates working under Scheme-B of NHM have been upgraded to Scheme-A as per  merit and their positions in Scheme-B have been filled up from fresh candidates.
• Some candidates already working under Scheme-B of NHM were entitled for selection under Scheme-B again and they have not been considered for selection this time and the positions allocable to such candidates have been given to the candidates next in merit Any candidate having objection with regard to his/her placement/ non-inclusion in the provisional selection list may represent before the undersigned by or before 04.01.2021 alongwith documentary proof.
• Further, with a view to fill up the remaining vacancies in Scheme-B and to formulate waiting list 26 (Twenty Six) as indicated in annexure-B to this notification are shortlisted for document verification to be held on 04.01.2021 in the main office, Govt. Medical College, Srinagar.
• Accordingly, all the shortlisted candidates (as per annexure-B) are advised to report this on 04.01 2021 alongwith all required document in original.

NOTE:  

• Only those candidates shall be considered for final engagement who fulfil all the notified eligibility parameters in the basic advertisement notification.
• Mere figuring of name in the shortlist shall not entitle a candidate for selection/ engagement which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all required testimonials.
• If any candidate fails to report for document verification on the scheduled date i.e 01.2021, it shall be presumed that he/she is not interested to take up this engagement and the candidate next in merit shall be considered for such engagement
