The result of the written test held on 16.08.2020 for selection/engagement of the candidates against the post of Jr. Grade Nurses SRO 24 of 2019, dated: 10.01.2019, is hereby notified in annexure (A) to the notification (available on official website of Govt Consequent upon above and on the basis of marks obtained in the written, the category-wise provisional selection/wait list against the notified posts is given in annexure (A)to this notification
The candidates figuring in the provisional selection/waiting list are directed to report this office along with all the original certificates
While framing the provisional select/wait list, the following procedure/criteria has been followed:-
Wherever reserved category candidates were available the provisions of Reservation Act and Rules made thereunder have followed in letter and spirit.
11 reserved category candidates (09 from RBA category, 01 from EWS category and 01 from OSC category) who had secured higher merit than the cut off merit of the General Category have been placed in the selection list of the Open Merit.
Owing to non-availability of candidates in Scheduled Caste & ALC Categories, the slots allocable to these categories as per S.0.127, dated: 20th Apri1,2020 have been utilized under Open Merit in the interest of patient care management.
In case of tie in the merit obtained by the candidates in the written test, the following methodology has been adopted to break the tie:
In case of tie in the written test merit between degree and diploma holders, the degree holders have been placed above the diploma holders.
In the case of tie in written test merit between two or more diploma holders, the candidates having secured higher percentage of marks in the diploma course have been placed above those having lesser percentage of marks in the diploma course. Same procedure has been followed in the case of degree holders.
NOTE;
Only those candidates shall be considered for final engagement who fulfil all the notified eligibility parameters.
Mere figuring of name in the provisional selection list shall not entitle a candidate for engagement which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all required testimonials.
