Interview notice for Rehbar-e-Khel positions. District Udhampur.

In continuation to this office Notice No. DDCU/R-ek/2018-19/36SS dated 25-06-2018 and No. DDCU/R-ek/2018-19/4010-20 dated 02-07-2018. The interview of all the applicants for zone- wise Rehbar-e-Khel positions of District Udhampur which were scheduled to be conducted on 03-07- 2018 and 04-07-2018 was postponed till further order. Now the interview dates for zone-wise Rehbar-e-Khel positions of District Udhampur is rescheduled to be conducted on 27-07-2018 and 28-07-2018 as per the below-mentioned schedule in the Mini Conference Hall of DDC Office Complex Udhampur.

All the applicants of the particular zone shall report at 12:00 Noon on the scheduled date.

Note:

The candidate shall appear for Interview on scheduled date and time and incase of any candidate falls to attend the interview on schedule date, he/she shall forefeit his/her claim for the selection.

The notice shall be considered as a call letter and no separate interview call letter shall be dispatched to the applicant.

The candidate shall bring with them all their original marks cards/degree, qualification certificates, PRC/State Subject along with a set of attested Xerox copies of aforementioned documents.

Those applicants whose marks certificate do not reflect actual marks obtained or do not reflect conversion formula for CGPA to marks, percentage are directed to produce marks/transcript sheets Issued by the concerned University at the time of interview.

No under process certificate shall be entertained.

In case of any deficiency is found with reference to the eligibility at the time of interview, lire candidate shall not be allowed to appear in Interview and shall also lose his/her candidature.

Action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against the applicants who may furnish any fake/fabricated information/documents.

No TA/DA shall be paid for participating in the interview.

Engagement /selection for Rehbar-e-Khel positions in District Udhampur shall be subject to the outcome of writ position pending In the court of law.

At the time of irterview, Cell phone/electronic gadget etc. shall be strictly prohibited.
