ITI Hiranagar Admission notice (Counselling-4) For filling up vacant seats for sessions 2021-22 & 2021-23.

In continuation to this office admission notice ITI/HGR/563-66 Dated: 21/10/2021, No.:1TI/HGR/681-84 dated 27/10/2021 & No.:ITI/HGR/693-96 dated: 30/10/2021, Applications are hereby again invited on plain paper along with the photocopy of Online Application form receipt of the eligible candidates who have applied online for admission and the candidates who fail to apply online can apply through offline mode by filling the form on the spot in the trades having poor response and will be admitted on first come first serve basis.

All those candidates who are interested for admission should reach this Institute by or before 18th of November 2021 upto 03:00 PM along with following documents for counselling.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED IN ORIGINAL (Subject to admission): –

1. Academic Qualification certificates/Marks certificate of Qualifying Examination
2. Domicile Certificate
3. Date of Birth Certificate
4. Relevant Category Certificate (SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman/ Physically handicapped/ EWS) if any
5. Aadhar Card
6. Ten Recent Passport size photographs
7. Affidavit of Rs. 10/- stamp paper duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate declaring that the candidate seeking admission in the particular trade has not taken admission in any other Institute/College/School and not serving in any Govt/Semi-Govt Organization.
