NOTICE

Apropos to the subject matter and in pursuance to the Administrative Department’s letter no. quoted above regarding selection made by the J&K Service Selection Board vide Notification No. 01 of 2021 under item No. 009 and letter No. JKSSB-PLAN/25/2022-03 dated: 16-03-2023 all the selected Junior Assistants as per the list annexed are hereby informed to submit their E-mail address and Mobile No. in the Office of Chief Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Direction Office B.C Road Jammu for registration under Employee Verification System (EVS) Portal for obtaining necessary verification of character and antecedents within a period of 21 days positively from the date of issuance of this notice in terms of circular instruction issued by the General Administration Department vide No. 18-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated: 20-05-2022 under endorsement No. GAD-MTGORBIV/79/2021-09-GAD dated: 20-05-2022

The candidate(s) who fail to submit their E-mail address & Mobile Number within stipulated period of 21 days, it shall be presumed that he/she is not willing to opt the appointment as per aforementioned selection list annexed with this Notice and shall forego the right of appointment order without any further notice.
