JK Directorate of Economics and Statistics Selection list of candidates for the post of “Junior Statistical Assistant” (Finance Department) Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu under advertised vide Notification No; 04 of 2020 under Item No. 107 & 113 respectively.

The Directorate of Economics and Statistics, J&K has received a selection list of the following 51 (fifty-one) candidates selected for the post of Junior Statistical Assistants in Divisional Cadre Jammu vide Services Selection Board’s letter under reference and approval of the Planning, Development & Monitoring Department for their appointment vide letter No.: PDMD/Adm/159/2022-02 dated: 08-07-2022.

The candidates are hereby, informed to submit the following original documents along with a set of self-attested photo-copies andverification roll (in triplicate) in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics J&K, Janipura, Jammu/SDA Housing Colony Bemina,Srinagar within 21 days from the date of issuance of this Notification;

Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate of Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject;
Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate;
Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority;
Health Certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer.
Certificate from the Dy. Director Employment and Counseling Centre/General Manager, DIC concerned and JKEDI to the effect that:-

No loan under self-employment has been taken; and,
Loan/Stipend if any received has been refunded into the treasury in full.
Category Certificate (if any) from the Competent Authority as required under Reservation Rules for various categories.

The appointment of the candidate(s) will be subject to the condition that all certificates like Date of Birth Certificate, Qualification Certificate, Category certificate (if any), Permanent Residence Certificate, etc. are found genuine on verification by the concerned competent authorities.
In case, any certificate of the candidate is found fake/false, or the’ University/Institution found not recognized, the appointment of such candidate shall deem to be canceled ab-initio.
