J&K High Court Drivers Selection list.

Appointment of Driver-I in the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir pursuant to the notification No. 01/2020 dated 18.09.2020

Consequent upon the finalization of the selection process and the approval accorded by Hon’ble the Chief Justice to the recommendations of the Hon’ble Committee for Appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff, following selected candidates (category wise and in order of merit) are hereby temporarily appointment as Driver-I in the Pay Scale Level SL-I (Rs. 14800-47100) in the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

Note :

The appointees belonging to Kashmir Division shall join in the office of the Registrar Judicials, Srinagar wing of the High Court and those belonging to Jammu Division shall join in the office of the Registrar Judicial, Jammu wing of the High Court within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of this order.

In case any appointee fails to join within the stipulated period, his appointment shall be deemed cancelled without any further Notice.

The Registrar Judicial, Srinagar/Jammu shall get the testimonials and antecedents of the newly appointed candidates verified from the concerned authority, before drawing their salary.

The appointments are subject to the condition that if anything adverse is found against any apointee during the court of verification of his character, antecedents or the testimonials, appointment of such candidate shall be liable to be terminated/cancelled without any notice.
