The District Health Society Pulwama vide Advertisement Notice No: NHM/ OHS/Put/447452 Dated: 24-08-2030, Invited applications on prescribed format from the eligible candidates of District Pulwama possessing the prescribed qualification (or 15 (Fifteen) Posts of Staff Nurses & 3 (Three) posts of Nursing Tutors for District Hospital Pulwama and ANMFGNM Training School Pulwama. After compilation of the data with respect to the prescribed weightage points of Academic Merit (25 Points) & Screening Test (60 Points), merit has been prepared and as per the Prescribed Ratio allotted for the short•listing of the candidates, the below tabulated candidates are hereby shortlisted and called to appear for the Interview to be held at Circuit House Pulwama on 12-10-2020, & 13-10-2020.

The shortlist of the candidates has been made on:

the merit obtained by the candidate in academic

the merit obtained by the candidate in screening test.

In this connection it is to inform also, that One question In Paper of Staff Nurse has premed wrong after assessed by the experts in line with the result that question has been dropped, and as such 59 questions have been considered instead of 60 questions, having 60 marks and accordingly list of the shortlist candidates have been prepared.

If any candidate feels aggrieved with respect to non-inclusion/rejection of his/her name in the shortlist of candidate/s for interview,he/she may represent before the District Health Society along with the proof of documents within a period of Two Days (02) from the date of issuance of this notice. No claim of whatsoever kind shall be entertained after expiry of the notice period.

The candidature of all the candidates is purely provisional.

Only eligible candidates possessing requisitequalification prescribed under rules shall be allowed to appear in the interview subject to the conditions that they are within the prescribed age limit on the cut of date.

The candidates shall produce their original certificates/testimonials on the date of interview. The Interviews will start from 10 am onwards. Shortlisted candidates are asked to report at 09:00 am. No candidate shall be allowed to appear in the Interview if unable to produce original Documents/Testimonials on the date of Interview.
