Sub: Viva-Voce-Cum-Personality Assessment Test for the post of Prosecuting Officer Ref: i. Advertisement Notice issued vide PHQ Endstt. No. Estt/Pros-12/2012/61457-610 Dated: 29/12/2012 read with No. 26326-403 dated 11.06.2013 & No. 38225-27 Dated 13.08.2015. ii. Hon’ble High Court order dated 24.09.2015 passed in LPA No. 171/2015 titled Reyaz Ahmad Khan & another versus state and others.

NOTICE

It is hereby notified for information of the below named candidates who after rechecking of answer scripts in pursuance to Hon’ble High Court directions in the above referred LPA have made entry to the cut-off merit of their respective categories as indicated against each below thus qualifying for Viva-Voce-cum-Personality Assessment Test for the post of Prosecuting Officer that their Viva-Voce- cum-Personality Assessment Test shall be held at the venues and on the dates as shown below:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

  1. Candidates shall be allowed to appear in the interview subject to production of Call Letter already sent through Registered/speed post. In case any of the candidates has not received the same, he can contact PHQ on any working day personally or on phone (numbers given below) in this regard.
  2. Call Letters can also be downloaded from Police website jkpolice.gov.in,
  • Candidate should bring all original certificates like State Subject, Date of Birth, Degree Certificate, Valid Reserved Category (if any) along with marks certificates for each of the examination passed for verification at the time of examination.
  1. Candidate shall also bring admit cards already issued to them at the time of written test.
  2. The candidates shall have to appear in the said examination at their own expenses.
  3. No request for change of Centre shall be entertained.
  • Reporting Time: 10:00 AM in case of candidates belonging to Kashmir province and 08:30 AM in case of candidates belonging to Jammu province, on the schedule date of interview as indicated above.
