Selection list of candidates for the post of junior Assistants under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants, Public Works (R&B) Department, Division Cadre Kashmir, Advt/ Item No. 005(04 of 2017) dated: under Package for Kashmir Migrants

Consequent upon the authorization / approval from the Administrative Department communicated vide letter No. PW(R&B)NG/21/2020 dated: 21.07.2020, the candidates as per Annexure “A” appended herewith selected for the post of Junior Assistants under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants, Public (R&B) Department, Division Cadre Kashmir are hereby informed through the medium of this notice to submit the following documents/ testimonials in original office within a period of (15) days from the date of issuance of this Notice to enable for proceeding further: –

An attestation form as per Annexure — I accompanied by an undertaking prescribed in the Annexure —IV on a sworn affidavit, clearly mentioning that the salary shall be drawn / disbursed only after receipt satisfactory Character of Antecedents verification report. In case receipt of an adverse report and on confirmation thereof by the UT / Divisional District level screening committee, as the case may be appointment shall automatically stands cancelled without any notice.

Education /Technical qualification certificates / Marks Sheets.

Date of Birth Certificates / Matriculation Certificates.

Permanent Resident Certificates.

Age and Health Certificate from the Officer not below the rank of Medical Officer.

Migration Certificate.

Character / Antecedent Certificate.

Certificate from concerned authorities to the effect that no loan under employment scheme has been obtained/ availed by the candidate.
