Science Talent Promotion Scholarship Last date extended till 05 Nov 2022.

The last date for Science Talent Promotion Scholarship applications from the domiciled students of UT of Jammu & Kashmir for the award of the Science Talent Promotion Scholarship is hereby extended up to 05.11.2022 till 5:30 pm.

Those applicants who have already applied to this Department in response to the earlier advertisement notifications issued by this Department are not required to apply again. However, eligible and interested students who have not applied as yet can apply and are essentially required to fill up the applications for the award of scholarship at+10/+12 /PG Levels as per the prescribed format.

Eligibility:

• For+10Level:
  The applicant should be 10th pass with at least 60% of marks and shall be pursuing Science Subjects at higher Secondary Part Ist (11th class) in any recognized School/Institution.
• For+12 Level:
  The applicant should be 12th pass with at least 60% of marks and shall be pursuing Science Subjects in the first year at any recognized College Institution.
• For PG Level:
  The applicant should be B.Sc Pass with at least 60% of marks and shall be pursuing Science Subject at first year Post Graduation (M.Sc) in any recognized University.

How to Apply Science Talent Promotion Scholarships :

The applications are neatly computer typed and filled in, as per the prescribed format, duly forwarded and attested by the head of the School / College / HOD of the concerned Department accompanied with the bonafide certificate from the School /College / University, attested documents like Domicile Certificate, Qualifying Marks certificate (either 10th class marks / 12th Class marks / B.Sc marks certificate), as the case may be.
