Directorate of School Education Kashmir Selection list of candidates for the post of Junior Assistant (School Education Department), District cadre Anantnag (item No. 041), Budgam (item No. 033), Baramulla (item No. 035),
Kulgam (item No. 040) Kupwara (item No. 036), Shopian (item No. 039) & Srinagar (item No.032) under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas this Directorate has received list of forty eight (48) candidates selected by J&K Service Selection Board for the post of “Junior Assistant” under Prime Minister’s Special package for Kashmir Migrants forwarded by Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Civil Secretariat, Jammu and conveyed by Administrative Department vide letter No. Edu-I/88/2020 dated 22/07/2020;
Whereas Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction has desired to verify all the academic/technical and other requisite documents of the selectees before issuing appointment order;

Therefore the candidates who have been selected in School Education Department (forming “Annexure A” to this notification) for the post of “Junior Assistant” for District cadre Anantnag, Budgam, Baramulla,
Kulgam, Kupwara, Shopian & Srinagar in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No. 04 of 2017 dated 28/11/2017, against item No. 041, 033 035, 040, 036, 039 and No. 032 respectively under Prime Minister’s Special
Package for Kashmiri Migrants and in whose favour recommendation has been released and subjected to verification of documents, are hereby informed to deposit their undertakings forming Annexure “B” and
Agreement in terms of SRO-412 of 2009, forming “Annexure C” (duly attested) by the Judicial Magistrate (Ist Class) as well as following original certificates/ testimonials with a set of self-attested Xerox copies (in person) in the Directorate of School Education Kashmir within ten(10) days from the date of publication of this notification.

1. Qualification / Marks certificates of all classes.
2. Technical Qualification
3. Permanent Residence Certificate.
4. Valid Category Certificate (if any).
5. No. Loan certificate from DIC, self employment.
6. Health certificate from CMO concerned.
7. Migrant certificate from competent authority.

No such undertakings/agreement shall be entertained after expiry of the stipulated time period.
This notification is issued without prejudice to the Court case/(s), if any pending in the Hon’ble Court or any order which may not be immediately within the knowledge of this Directorate.
