JKBOPEE Admission to B.Pharmacy and D.Pharmacy Courses-2024.

Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to B.Pharmacy & D.Pharmacy Courses-2024 in Government/Private, Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh after conduct of second round of physical counselling.

Pursuant to Notification No. 040-BOPEE of 2024 dated 03.07.2024, the Board has conducted 2nd Round of Counselling (Physical) from 08.07.2024 to 10.07.2024 for filling up of seats of B. Pharmacy & D. Pharmacy Courses- 2024 which have remained unfilled or received as shortfall after the conclu- sion of first round of counselling. The list of candidates provisionally Upgraded/ Allotted seats in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification, which shall be available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

Note:

• The Heads of the concerned Colleges/Institutions are advised to furnish the short fall, if any, to the Board through e-mail [email protected]/jak- [email protected]/[email protected] on 17.07.2024 upto 05.00 p.m.
• The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/fabricated, and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against such candidates.
• For fee/documents required in the College/Institution, the provisionally select- ed candidates are advised to contact concerned College / Institution before the last date of admission i.e 17.07.2024.
• The Principals of the concerned Colleges / Institutions are advised to down- load the copy of this Notification from the website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in for reference and record.
• The Heads of the concerned Colleges / Institutions are advised to release the fee/documents in favour of the candidates who have been upgraded during 2nd Round of counselling to enable them to complete their admission formal- ities in the respective colleges/institutions without any delay.
• The candidates who have been allotted seats as per their merit cum prefer- ences during this round of counselling are hereby urged that they shall have to join in their respective allotted colleges necessarily, otherwise he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the subsequent round of counselling for upgra- dation, if any, as and when conducted by the Board.
• The other terms and condition shall remain the same as notified in the e. Information Brochure/Notifications & Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
