JKBOPEE Provisional Select List of Medical Record Technician Courses.

J&K BOPEE Provisional Select List of eligible candidates for admission to Medical Record Technician Courses-2020 at SKIMS, Srinagar (mop-up round of Physical Counselling).

Consequent upon receipt of shortfall in respect of Notification No: 020-BOPEE of 2021 dated 10-02-2021 and in pursuance of Notification No. 44-BOPEE of 2021 dated 23-03-2021 the mop-up physical round of counselling of eligible candidates was held on 27.03.2021 for admission to 12th based Paramedical Courses in Medical Record Technician Course-2020 (SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar).

The candidate who have participated in the said counselling and have been allotted seats as per their merit- cum-preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission to the Medical Record Technician Course-2020 (SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar) as per Annexure “A” to this notification which is available on website of the Board www.jkbopee.gov.in only for completion of admission process. The candidates are advised to report to the Institution form 29-03-2021 to 03-04-2021 (3.00 PM).

The Director, SKIMS is requested to furnish the shortfall, if any, to the Board through e-mail ([email protected]/[email protected]) on 03-04-2021 (4.00 PM).

Further, due to non-availability of the eligible reserved category candidates in the following categories, the Board, as provided under Provision to Section 9(2) of the J&K Reservation Act, 2004, converted these seats into Open Merit and filled up the same from amongst the available eligible OM category candidates:-

ST = 02
OSC = 01
PSP = 01
ALC/IB = 01
CDP = 01

Note:

The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidates proves to be false/fabricated, and action, as warranted under law, shall be initiated against such candidates.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in e-information Brochers / Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time on the subject.
