JKBOPEE Provisional Selection list of Various Courses.

Provisional Selection list of candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS/DDM/DDH Courses- 2023 in Government/Private Medical/Dental Colleges of UT of J&K after Second Round (Physical) Up-gradation/Allotment Counselling.

In pursuance of the Notification No.070-BOPEE of 2023 dated 26.08.2023 the second round of counselling (Physical) for upgradation/allotment of seats was held w.e.f. 28.08.2023 to 30.08.2023. The list of candidates who have been upgraded/allotted seats provisionally for undergoing MBBS/BDS/DDM/DDH Courses,2023 in various Government/Private Medical/Dental Colleges of UT of J&K, is hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification and the list of CDP Category candidates which was kept on hold
vide Notification No. 057-BOPEE of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 have been allotted seats provisionally on the basis of Merit-cum-Preferences and as per the revised/amended priorities received by the Board from Zilla Sainik Welfare as mentioned in Notification
No. 070-BOPEE of 2023 Dated 26-08-2023 is also hereby notified as per Annexure-B to this Notification, which shall remain available on website of the Board: www.jkbopee.gov.in only. The candidates shall report to the Colleges allotted to them w.e.f. 02.09.2023 to 06.09.2023 along with following documents in original for admission

1. Date of Birth Certificate.

2. Marks Card of 10+2.

3. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K and for the candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate.

4. Category Certificate, if any, applicable.

5. Valid Income Certificate in respect of Poor and Backward Category candidates, wherever required.

6. HM /NRI Certificate/document(s), wherever applicable.

7. Any other certificate as may be required by the College Authorities.

The candidates provisionally selected for Upgradation/Allotment shall mandatory have to report for admission to the allotted College/Institutions by or before 06.09.2023 Upto 4:00 p.m. along with their relevant certificates in original, failing which they shall
not be eligible for further rounds of Counselling, if any, conducted by the Board.

The Colleges shall submit the shortfall, if any, on 06.09.2023 Upto 5:00 p.m. positively to enable the Board to take further necessary action in the matter.

Further, the Board has rectified the typing error after verifying credentials from the candidate during counseling process mentioned against the category column of one of the candidate namely Batul Fatima with UT Rank 2756 as STK instead of ST mentioned in the updated Merit List as per Notification No.048-BOPEE of 2023 dated 31-07-2023.

The other Terms and Conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board in the e Information Brochure and Notifications / Notices issued from time to time in this regard.
