JKBOSE Decision regarding examination of Class 10th, 12th Summer Zone Jammu Division.

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Decision regarding Annual/Bi-Annual (Pvt.) 2020 Examination of SSE (Class 10th) and HSE-II (Class 12th ) of Summer Zone Jammu Division.

It is hereby notified that the decision taken regarding promotion of candidates who have already passed two or more subjects in respect of the candidates of Kashmir Division and Winter Zone Areas of Jammu Division and notified vide No:- F (Acad-C) BAPvt/19-20/X/XII)/20 dated:31-08-2020 shall be equally applicable to the candidates who have submitted the Permission cum Admission Forms for SSE (Class 10th) & HSE-II (Class 12th) Annual/Bi-Annual (Pvt.) 2020 Examination of Summer Zone Jammu Division, as per the following mechanism.

• The marks in 5th subject shall be awarded by taking mean of the marks scored in the already passed four subjects.
• The marks in 4th subject shall be awarded by taking mean of the marks scored in the already passed three subjects and marks in the fifth subject shall be awarded by taking Mean of four subjects .
• The marks in 3rd subject shall be awarded by taking mean of the marks scored in already passed two subjects, marks in 4th and 5th subject/s shall be awarded by taking mean of the marks scored in three and four subjects respectively.
• All such candidates, who are declared successful in class 10th under the said mechanism, shall be eligible to seek admission in”class 11th as Regular Students for the Academic Session 2020-2021.

The candidates who have failed in all Subjects or who have been placed under Reappear Category in four subjects/ Fresh (Private) /English only category of both the 10th and 12th examinations and Subject Change /Additional subject/Divisional Improvement of 12th class shall have to appear in the examination, which shall be conducted after 2nd week of October 2020.

The candidates of class 10th under this category shall be granted provisional admission in class 11th Session 2020-21 and in case they fail to qualify 10th class examination their provisional admission to class 11th shall be treated to have been cancelled.
