As approved by Worthy District Development Commissioner (Chairman District Health Society), Reasi. The written test for the post of Jr. Staff Nurse/GNM, Counselor, Clinical Psychologist & Anaesthesia Technician is scheduled to be held on 4th May 2021, as per the below-mentioned schedule at ANMT School, Reasi:-

• JSN/GNM – 11.00 AM to 11.40 PM
• Clinical Psychologist/Anaesthesia Tech/ Counselor – 1.00 PM to 2.00 PM

Note: –

Candidates are requested to collect their Roll Number slips from the office of undersigned on 3rd of May 2021, between 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. The minimum passing score for any candidate is 50% of the written test, candidate scoring less than 50% shall not be allowed to appear in the interviews or shall be treated as disqualified.
2. Candidates should report at least 01 (one hour)before the exam time.
3. Candidates are requested to follow COVID appropriate behavior.
4. Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain item with them into the venue.

-Mask (wearing a mask is COMPULSORY).
-Gloves,
– Personal transparent water bottle (candidates should bring their own water bottle)
– Personal Hand Sanitizer.
– A simple ball Pen (black/blue)

4. No other items are permitted inside the venue.
5. Candidates are advised not to bring mobile phones or any other personal belongings to the venue of examination.
6. All the candidates will be checked with thermo guns at the entry points for temperature. In case, any person is observed to be having above normal temperature (> 99.14 F) or displaying any symptoms of the virus, they will not be allowed entry into the venue.
7. Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. Before coming for the examination, please ensure that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the advertisement. If, you are not eligible, your candidature will be cancelled at any stage. On Completion of examination, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner, one candidate at one time.
