JKPSC Written Examinations for filling up of Gazetted Vacancies in various Govt. Medical Colleges in Health and Medical Education Department, 2023- Disposal of the Objections/ Representations received against the Provisional Official Answer Key(s) and issuance of Final Official Answer Key(s) thereof.

Rule 10 (d) to 10 (f) of the J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2022.

Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/19 Dated: 29.04.2024

Whereas, the J&K Public Service Commission conducted the Written Test for filling up of posts of Assistant Professor(s) [General Surgery, Obsts. & Gynae, Pediatrics, Pathology, Ophthalmology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, General Medicine, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Radio Diagnosis, Blood Bank, Radio Therapy] and Child Psychologist (Ancillary Staff) in Health and Medical Education Department, on 03.11.2023; and

2. Whereas, the Provisional official answer key(s) were notified and uploaded on the official website of the Commission for information of the candidates on 04.11.2023 (General Surgery, Obsts. & Gynae, Pediatrics, Pathology, Ophthalmology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, General Medicine, Radio Diagnosis, Blood Bank) and 09.11.2023 [Microbiology, Radio Therapy, Child Psychologist (Ancillary Staff), Pharmacology], inter-alia notifying that, if any candidate feels that the key(s) to any of the questions is wrong/incorrect, he/she may prefer a representation/ objection on the prescribed proforma to the Controller of Examinations within a period of two days from the date of notifications along with documentary proof/evidence and the fee of Rs.500/- per question; and

3. Whereas, in response to the said notifications, number of objections/ representations were received by the J&K Public Service Commission against Provisional Official Answer Key(s) issued; and

4. Whereas, all the objections/representations were referred to the Committee(s) of Experts as envisaged in Rule 10 (d) of the J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2022, as amended from time to time, for Independent Expert opinion; and
